Hi everyone! I must say I LOVE this site! Mainly because I love mama's family. I grew up watching this show. I miss the reruns. So I found a website that was like ebay, that had these listed for not much money at all. I bought them and LOVE them. They have great sound and picture to me. I have a 42 inch highdef tv and it looks like Im watching reruns of mama's family with out commercials and back to back! If anyone would like the site where I got them or any more information about them. Please let me know. I would love to help other mama's family fan outs! We have to stick together!!

I am new to this site and didn't know about The Mama's Family site until I seen it as of today trying to get the full complete series of her show on DVD uncut all 130 episodes, all six seasons. The reason why I am writing this post is because I was ripped off by trying to order the complete DVD series from planetdvd, they were taped from tbs onto disc's and every episode on the disc's the words skipped and stopped and started again and even one disc would not play. I spent 63 dollars just to get this show on all DVDs because I am such a fan of Vicki Lawrence and it's not located in the USA, it came from China. Now I have to return this item and hope to get a refund. I am very upset because this is the only comedy show that I love to watch and I just can't seem to find them anywhere. I wish they would make all the episodes on DVD in America, uncut all 130 episodes. I hope one day they will consider making this show on DVD every season. Every other show out there is on DVD why not Mama's Family? What do they have against Mama's Family for not wanting to sell it in the US on DVD. I know tons of fans would buy this show if it was available for the complete series. I do hope they consider doing this one day it's almost 2011, when will they decide to support Mama's Family fans out there everywhere?

I have the whole set! Granted it does have the TBS logo, but who cares. If you really love the show, then it shouldn't matter!!
BTW $63 is ALOT! my set isn't from China either!! $20 is a better price!!

hi i love to have the dvd of complete season i love mama she so funny and if i have the whole complete season on 11 dvds i dont have to worry about watching on tv and wait until they put it back on air on tv when i saw the complete mama's family i was shock it cost $50 dollers to get the complete dvds so im buying it on the first of the month

i don't know why it $50 that was the price to sent it in usa to get it and i wish it was $22.50 it be the lowest price to get the dvds to but if they make it original and put it on amazon they maybe put it on $22.50 but it probably takes a while to make the complete season and put it on amazon for low prices but if i buy it $50 dollers so i can buy it and watch it over and over and one more thing when i look at the complete box set it said english and i hope it full screen i hate widescreen

I purchashed the entire season for 23.50 from the link above that truckerswife suggested and I am so happy I did the dvds look great I received them in about 2 days I definetly reccomend purchasing from this seller!!
